EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AT HOTEL JAROLIM
The atmosphere perceived in our 19th-century breakfast room will take you back in time. The room combines modern and antique elements, such as the original stucco ceiling and a grand piano that has decorated the hotel for over 130 years. The elegant Viennese coffeehouse-style chairs and a photo of Empress "Zita" at the Bressanone/Brixen train station, show the influence and importance of the imperial era.
Enjoy our high-quality and lovingly prepared breakfast buffet with mainly vegetarian products, exclusively from South Tyrolean providers. Treat yourself to a good cup of coffee or tea and enjoy our variety of sweet and salty specialties, regional organic products, fruits, and vegetables. When selecting the products we pay attention to sustainability, regionality, as well as seasonality, and animal welfare. We offer regional products and encourage mountain farmers in their work, therefore the milk and all our dairy products come from Milchhof Brixen. In the case of food intolerances and allergies, we are happy to provide alternative products on request.
