- Check-in is available daily between 2.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Check-out should be by 10.00 am.
- Yes, we offer private parking spaces right next to the hotel. The charge is 5 euros per space per night.
- All rooms are comfortably equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, a safe, a television, free Wi-Fi and wooden flooring.
- Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate and is served daily from 07:30 to 10:00.
- No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel.
- There are numerous highlights in the surrounding area, including the Plose, Brixen Cathedral, Neustift Abbey and the Hofburg in Brixen
- Booking Conditions
- Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required and must be paid by credit card.
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full by the accommodation provider.
- The remaining balance is payable directly at the property upon arrival.
Cancellation PolicyThere is no right of withdrawal under consumer protection regulations. However, the following cancellation conditions apply:- Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: No additional cancellation fees will be charged. The deposit paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher for our hotel.
- Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Early departure, late arrival or no-show: A cancellation fee of 30% of the booked services not used will be charged.
