- Check-in is available daily between 2.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Check-out should be by 10.00 am.
- Yes, we offer private parking spaces right next to the hotel. The charge is 5 euros per space per night.
- All rooms are comfortably equipped with towels, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, a safe, a television, free Wi-Fi and wooden flooring.
- Yes, breakfast is included in the room rate and is served daily from 07:30 to 10:00.
- No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel.
- There are numerous highlights in the surrounding area, including the Plose, Brixen Cathedral, Neustift Abbey and the Hofburg in Brixen
- Cancellation and Payment PolicyAt the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged. For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged. For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged. In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
